Our engagement:

To train teams of experienced, reliable and punctual pickers for the entire harvesting season. Workers will be hired according to a rigorous process, but also thanks to our personal expertise in the field and to contacts established across the country. These teams will be assigned to different orchards. Since the workers will be properly housed and treated with respect, they will have to do a neat and diligent job until the end of the picking contract.

The Agri-Saisons agency will make work teams and provide them with all the necessary information until their first day of work. The pickers will therefore know everything they need relating to their future contract and will have to come to the orchard or, if necessary, to a meeting, for the agreed date. Subsequently, the orchard will hire the pickers legally and will take care of paying its employees, housing them and making them follow all specific directives and instructions in order to meet their expectations.

A price per picker will be charged at the farm for finding and hiring workers.

* Note that the company is starting up; For the moment, we are focusing our expertise on apple picking and hiring contracts are located in Montérégie (Quebec, Canada). That said, we are very open to find other contracts in different regions of Quebec. Foreign workers are also welcome but they must have a valid work visa and come here on their own. I DO NOT HANDLE ANY PAPERWORK TO BRING FOREIGN WORKERS TO CANADA AND CAN ONLY HIRE PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN APPLE PICKING.
